*International orders over £79.99 are shipped by UPS (courier) or in multiple airmail shipments ensuring the order is fully insured. This increases shipping costs but means that the delivery is much more secure.

Western Europe is defined as: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Delivery Times:

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery in the UK.

Please allow 10 - 15 working days for delivery to Continental Europe.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, for standard delivery, Mythreal will only be in a position to resend or refund UK orders after a perios of 28 days has passed, for European orders this period is 42 days.

Shipping Games Workshop products outside Europe (EEA)

From 31st May 2011 Games Workshop have changed their Conditions of Sale, meaning that indepedent wargames stockists like Mythreal will no longer be able to sell Games Workshop products outside of the Eueopean Economic Area (The EU + Norway & Iceland).

Here is a full list of the countries that we are permitted to sell Games Workshop products to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Regrettably, customers from countries such as Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and other non-EEA countries will no longer be able to purchase Games Workshop products from us.

This is not the only change being introduced by Games Workshop, most will not affect our customers, but amongst those that will is a restriction on the sale of non-English language products - i.e., rulebooks, army books and codices that are not in English, these are still available for purchase from Mythreal but not until 2 months after release.

Packaging:

All our orders, no matter how big or small, are dispatched in a box. No padded envelopes are used so your order arrives in perfect condition.

Cancelling an order:

If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us at returns@totalwargamer.co.uk.

It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order

We attempt to process orders immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 28 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel the order within 7 days after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the item to us.

Orders from outside the EU

Please be aware that orders placed from outside the EU are likely to attract import taxes/duty at the rate specified by the receiving countries tax authorities, the customer is entirely responsable for these costs and Mythreal will not accept returns on grounds of unpaid import duties. Should an order be returned to us for this reason the customer will be billed for any additional costs that we incur.

Returns policy & procedure:

We are pretty certain that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us then we’ll try to make it as easy as we can. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it is unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

We will refund the price of the item and cost of delivery to the purchaser but the cost of carriage to return the unwanted item to us will be at your cost.

If an item arrives damaged we will arrange to replace it at our cost (up to 90 days after purchase); including the costs you incur in returning it to us.

We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Procedure for exchanging or returning an item:

If you would like to request a return, please send an email to us at, returns@totalwargamer.co.uk, outlining the item you would like to return, your original order number, our stock number and the reason. Please tell us if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.

Please package the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete.

Once we have received and processed the returned item we will process the refund or despatch the replacement item.
