Wings of War

The Wings of War game mats are large, 98 x 68cm (38.6 x 26.8in), about the size of an average poster, made of a durable rubber foam with fabric bonded to the top, similar to a mouse pad. The game mats are sold as two halves of the same battlefield, East section and West section. Combined, the total size of the battle field is 98 x 136cm (38.6 x 53.6in).

The mats can be used as scenario maps for reconnaissance and bombing missions, or as convenient table coverings to enhance your Wings of War experience, immersing you deeper in the rich tapestry of epic duels and heroic effort that took place in the skies during World War I, the birthplace of aerial combat.

Wings of War is an exciting new game series which merges card and board game mechanics to recreate, in a simple but accurate way, aerial combat in the early 20th Century.

Each Wings of War: Famous Aces set is a complete game for 2 to 4 players which may be combined with additional sets, with other copies of the same set or Wings of War miniatures to play larger games.

It is the Second World War. On every front, the armies and fleets of the Axis and Allied powers struggle for victory. But now, a new weapon strikes from the skies. Squadrons of bombers soar overhead, raining destruction down on the vehicles, troops, and ships below!

Fire From the Sky is the second Wings of War game set in World War II, introducing new rules and planes to the game of aerial combat. Dive-bomb targets in a Stuka, a Dauntless, or a Val, or try to stop them in a fighter! You can also dogfight in a Warhawk, Hien, Yak 1, Airacobra, or Falco II, all included in this set. Up to six airplaines can fly at once with the contents of this box.

Each Wings of War: Fire from the Sky box is a complete game that can be combined with other World War II Wings of War sets.

The Flying Legends Squadron Pack allows you to field three Supermarine Spitfires, one of the most archetypical WWII Allied airplanes. Three "A" manuever decks are included, as well as 18 different airplane cards, including Spitfires with Czech, Polish, Portuguese, American, and New Zealand pilots. Also featured are a French Spitfire and two specimens flown by the Luftwaffe after their capture!

Wings of War: Flying Legends is not a complete game. A copy of Wings of War - The Dawn of War or Fire from the Sky is necessary to play.

The Hit and Run booster pack will allow you to pilot two famous fighter planes: the SPAD VII and the Aviatik D.I.

These fast but powerful airplanes were piloted by some of the immortal aces of World War I, such as Francesco Baracca and Georges Guynemer. The Hit and Run Booster Pack is composed of 31 airplane cards and 2 decks of Maneuver cards (B and Q).

The Wings of War: Hit and Run booster is compatible with Famous Aces, Burning Drachens, and WWI Deluxe game sets.

Top Fighters includes two of the best planes of the war, the Fokker D.VII and the Sopwith Snipe, as well as a host of other aircraft from Germany, Australia, Britain, and several airplanes from the Russian Civil Wars spanning 1919-1922.

All the aircraft from the Wings of War: Top Fighters Booster set use the A damage deck, and are therefore best combined with Wings of War: Famous Aces or Wings of War: Burning Drachens.
